NARKOSE from Germany stands for raw, old-schoolish punk with a dark and furious energy. Their critically acclaimed debut album „Überleben Koexistenz“ was released in 2024 via Bretfort Records and was followed by extensive live activity and a two-week tour through France, Germany, and Austria, including a sold-out show at the legendary Rauchhaus in Berlin. Currently they are working on their next album, which is planned to be released in early 2026.

NARKOSE was founded in late 2023 by Marlon Jochems and Philip Bielecki in order to create a new sound that honors the spirit of old-school German punk bands such as Schleimkeim, Chaos Z, and Mittagspause. Their debut album „Überleben Koexistenz,“ released via Bretfort Records in 2024, offers a raw and uncompromising mixture of old-school German punk, post-punk, and hardcore, the latter being influenced by their personal closeness to the local hardcore scene. Currently, NARKOSE consists of Marlon Jochems (lyrics, vocals), Philip Bielecki (guitar), Melvin Cieslar (drums), and Luis Fleck (bass).

Their debut saw a well-selling edition on vinyl and tape that was widely positively received by fans and labeled a mandatory listen in Underdog Fanzine. In the following year, they made a name for themselves as a powerful and crowd-moving live act alongside bands such as Die Verlierer, Wet Dream War Machine, Poison Ruin, Bad Breeding, and Warm Exit during their many live shows and a two-week tour that spanned cities across France, Germany, and Austria. Also presented on the tour were some new songs that are part of the upcoming second album, which is planned to be released in early 2026.
